The Autrol APT 3000 series are available with the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) option for applications requiring SIL2. The SIL qualification has been certified by SGS and fulfills the requirement acc to IEC61511:2003 and IEC615-8 Ed2 in accordance with SIL2 and SC2. Instruments supplied with these options are designed with a hardware fault tolerance HFT=”0.” (1oo1-Architecture)
